By joining the Audiorista Affiliate Program (“Program”), you (“Affiliate”) agree to the following terms:
Audiorista will pay Affiliates a commission based on the net revenue (excluding taxes, refunds, discounts, chargebacks, and transaction fees) generated by new paying customers who sign up through the Affiliate’s unique referral link. Audiorista offers multiple commision rates based on performance, the default commission rate is 20% recurring for 12 months. In case of cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks, any previously paid commission may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.
Referrals are tracked via cookies valid for 60 days from the initial click. Only the last referring Affiliate will be credited for the conversion. Audiorista reserves the right to disqualify referrals suspected of manipulation, self-referral, or fraud.
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a minimum payable balance of $100. Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal, within 30 days after the end of each calendar month. Affiliates are solely responsible for any taxes, VAT, or reporting obligations in their respective jurisdictions. Audiorista may withhold payment in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Affiliates must promote Audiorista in a truthful, transparent, and brand-aligned manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited: misleading claims or false endorsements, impersonation or misrepresentation of affiliation with Audiorista, unsolicited or spam-based promotion, use of Audiorista-branded terms in paid search (e.g., Google Ads), and unauthorized use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted content. Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising regulations, including but not limited to the FTC Endorsement Guidelines and EU disclosure requirements. Sponsored content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., using "#ad", "sponsored", or equivalent).
If an Affiliate collects or processes personal data in connection with this Program, they are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where relevant. Affiliates are prohibited from collecting personal data on Audiorista’s behalf without written authorization.
Audiorista grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Program. All rights, titles, and interests in Audiorista’s trademarks, logos, and content remain the exclusive property of Audiorista. Use must comply with any applicable brand guidelines.
Affiliates act as independent contractors. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties.
Audiorista may suspend or terminate any Affiliate’s participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions for unconverted or refunded referrals are forfeited. Affiliates must immediately cease use of Audiorista intellectual property upon termination.
Audiorista reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Audiorista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this Program. Audiorista’s total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate in the preceding 12 months. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audiorista from any third-party claims arising from their participation in the Program. These terms shall be governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
